We provide a modular software platform for aviation operations, including:

  • Work management

  • Engineering document control

  • Planning and scheduling

  • Project and budget tracking

 

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use Services lawfully

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain account confidentiality

  • Comply with applicable aviation and data regulations

 

4. Account Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us of unauthorized access.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

a. Company Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services—including but not limited to:

  • Software and source code

  • System architecture and workflows

  • Platform design and user interface

  • Documentation and methodologies

are the exclusive property of Aero Control Solutions LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

b. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the platform

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

  • Create derivative works

  • Use the platform to develop a competing product

  • Remove proprietary notices

c. Client Data Ownership

All client data remains the property of the client.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use this data solely to provide and improve Services.

 

6. License Grant

We grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform.

 

7. Fees and Payment

Access may require payment per agreed pricing.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

 

8. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may modify or discontinue Services at any time.

 

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information and not disclose it without consent.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Aero Control Solutions LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business

Total liability is limited to fees paid.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aero Control Solutions LLC from claims arising from:

  • Misuse of the platform

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of laws or third-party rights

 

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payment obligations are unmet

 

13. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas, unless otherwise agreed.

 

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
